EDMONTON – The Aboriginal Peoples’ Commission of the Liberal Party of Canada is proud to announce that Daniol Coles has been acclaimed as the newest Liberal candidate to join #TeamTrudeau!

Daniol Coles is proud of his Metis heritage and brings extensive inter-provincial experience in the health field to the people of Edmonton Greisbach having serviced clients in Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.

Daniol has devoted much of his time to giving back to his community, having chaired the Aboriginal Peoples’ Commission (APC) for the Liberal Party of Canada in Alberta and as an active member of the Liberal Party of Canada in Alberta Governing Council and Executive Committee. He is also a Fellow of McLaughlin College at York University and remains active as a Director of the McLaughlin College Alumni Chapter of the York University Alumni Association.

Daniol has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to building relationships with Indigenous nations and Canadians in Alberta and across the country” stated APC National Co-Chair Kevin Seesequasis, “it’s because of that commitment – continuing to connect with Albertans – that the APC is eager to work alongside him for the benefit of Indigenous peoples and all Canadians!”
