When the new APC executive was elected at the Liberal Party of Canada’s Biennial Convention in January of 2012, we made a commitment to hold the federal government to account for the injustices and discrimination shown towards First Nations, Inuit and Métis people across Canada. With the recent additions to our executive in Ontario – and as we continue to expand across the country – it is clearly evident that there are many who are concerned with the well-being of the First Peoples of Canada.
