Kevin Seesequasis, Vice-President (Communications) – Late Thursday evening, I came across this 10 percenter from Conservative Member of Parliament for Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar, Kelly Block. Here’s what she said:

First Nations chiefs should reveal spending. The Conservative Plan:

• Require chiefs to reveal their salaries. We’re requiring First Nations chiefs and councillors to make their salaries public.
• Disclose First Nations’ finances. We’re going to publish First Nations’ financial statements online.
• Better First Nations democracy. We’re helping willing First Nations to make their elections more modern, open, and fair.
